Refund and Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not refund order for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. Returns must be sent to the Printful return address on the original package, otherwise additional shipping could be incurred or voiding the return all together, with no refund available.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as facemasks, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Wrong Address – If you, the customer, provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return process

The customer will need to reach out to our team at [email protected] before shipping the return and provide photo evidence of any defects or issues with your order for verification. Returns will need to be sent to the return address for “Printful” on the original packaging and follow any instruction on the enclosed receipt and order form. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Getting your Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunding sales items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacing an item

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]} to verify if exchange is available. Once approved send to return address on original packaging and an instruction on the product receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunding a gift

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we do not provide a refund option. If an exchange is requested, please contact us at {[email protected]} and we will provide additional instructions. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, refunds will not be available. If an exchange is requested, please reach out to us at {[email protected]} and we will provide additional instructions. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Return process

To return your product, you should mail your product to return address on original packaging and receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be determined at the time of the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
